Pastor Brian Cochran
Pastor Brian Cochran has been serving Redeemer Reformation Church in Regina, Saskatchewan since February 14, 2010. He was ordained as a Minister of the Word and sacraments in the United Reformed Churches of North America on March 12, 2010.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible-Theology from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. He also holds a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Seminary California where he studied for four years under scholars such as Dr. Michael Horton, Dr. W. Robert Godfrey, Dr. R. Scott Clark and Dr. David VanDrunen.
Brian is a native Southern Californian. He did not grow up in Reformed churches but in a large non-denominational evangelical church. He became interested in Reformed theology, however, through the writings of R.C. Sproul, John Piper and by “The White Horse Inn” radio program. He has a passion to preach the gospel, teach theology and help people learn the riches of the Christian faith. Brian and his wife Julie were married in 2005, and have five children.
Brian is a lifelong Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers fan and since moving to Saskatchewan is now a lifelong Roughriders fan.
If you would like to meet him and ask him any questions about our church he is available to meet for coffee throughout the week. Call or e-mail him to set up a time to meet. Also check out his blog, Wrath to Riches.
